"Judie was fantastic in helping us find our home. She understood all of our needs and patiently explained each step of the process as we went through it. Also, Judie was always there for open houses, home inspections and closing, and other agents were not. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Barbara Lee, Beverly, MA"

"Judie Zissulis was an invaluable asset while buying my home. Our home purchase was very complex. We purchased a multi unit estate home , built in 1713, in a historic district, with a VA loan. It had many complexities not found in a regular home purchase. Judie knew what to do every step of the way, Her organizational skills and knowledge made it easy to work our way thru the labyrinth. She was always on our side, even when things would not work in her favor. Thank you Judie work being such a great partner in this process. Michael and Susie Ferreter"

"Judie Zissulis was a tremendous asset in helping us sell our house. We had a very challenging and tricky situation that Judie addressed head-on with her outstanding negotiating skills and considerable legal knowledge. She really went over and above the normal role of a realtor - and her extensive knowledge and many years of experience saved the day for us. I cannot recommend Judie enough. Elaine G. "

"Like most people our age, my wife and I have been involved in a handful of purchases and sales of property in the past 20 years. But with each transaction, you realize at the very beginning that you have forgotten as much about the process as you remember, and that you need to learn things all over again and learn them quickly. We all know that terrible feeling that you are forgetting something or missing something in the process that could cause you grief. But with our last real estate purchase, we met Judie. It was, without a doubt, one of the easiest transactions of them all, particularly because of her guidance, and most importantly her accessibility. I’d e-mail a question or call with one, and I’d get a response the same day. It was a nice feeling to know that while dealing with a real estate transaction, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Judie took all the mystery out of what the bank, the lawyers, and the municipality were doing and were supposed to do. I would hi"
