"Judie was a fantastic resource in helping us find our home. We relocated from out-of-state and initially met Judie at an open house before we were ready to start our search in earnest. While we were thinking about our next steps, Judie thoughtfully checked in with us, offering advice and support along the way. Once we were in a position to start looking, Judie was an invaluable resource in helping us weigh the pros and cons of the locations we were looking at, suggesting towns we hadn't considered, etc. Judie worked around our hectic schedules to arrange convenient times for us to view a number of homes and always offered solid advice on how well (or not) a particular property would work for us given what we were looking for. When we decided to make an offer, Judie was an essential contributor to our decision making process, helping us feel confident that we were making reasonable offers given market conditions. We can't recommend Judie highly enough!"

"Wow - there is only one way to say it - Judie was absolutely critical as a buyer's agent throughout our recent house adventure. What an absolute asset - from the knowledge and advice - to the kindness in answering all our questions. We couldn't be more pleased, and empowered, by having Judie on our side. We also dealt with a co-worker of Judie's, Robin, who was really nice and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend."
"Just want to expand on the recommendation that I started to make when my computer shut down before completing. We had the opportunity to work again with Judie on our future plans on our home. We struggled with the decision of whether to purchase a new home or make changes to our current one. Judie gave us excellent guidance and real estate assistance. She helped us identify the steps we needed to take and the professionals to talk to with regard to renovations we considered. Knowing we might very well consider staying in our home, did not in any way limit her time and service. We found that kind of attention unusual and wanted to comment on our appreciation."

"Judie was fantastic in helping us find our home. She understood all of our needs and patiently explained each step of the process as we went through it. Also, Judie was always there for open houses, home inspections and closing, and other agents were not. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Barbara Lee, Beverly, MA"
